Scheduled Appointments:

At Azilda Family Foot Care, we understand that sometimes events happen that could lead you to reschedule, postpone or cancel your appointment. Please understand that such changes can affect not only your personal health but that of other patients’ as well.

We ask that our patient’s provide a minimum 24-hour notice for any cancellation or changes to your booked appointment. Any changes or cancellations made to appointments without 24-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Punctuality:

Out of respect for other patients, and to keep our schedules flowing, any patient arriving late for their appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Nail Surgery:

Due to the scheduled time and preparation for a nail surgery, a $100 deposit is required to book your surgery. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. We require a minimum of 72-hour notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Should you call to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be lost. Should you call to reschedule your appointment without the required 72-hour notice, your deposit will be lost.

Shoe Orders:

We have many styles and sizes of shoes in stock. If we do not have the right style or fit for you, we may be able to order it in. To do this, we require a $30 non-refundable deposit.
